DOS Quality Policy

DOS was established with the aim of being a company specialized in consultancy, supervision, analysis, and certification of fishing activities. Additionally, we offer training for the implementation of electronic monitoring systems in fishing fleets.

Our policy includes the objective of complying with the regulatory requirements of official fishing bodies and providing support to vessel owners.

To achieve this, we base our service on supporting companies in the sector to promote sustainable fishing, thereby carrying out actions that encourage balance and food security.

We understand essential aspects: providing a quick response time to clients, being flexible to their non-regulatory needs, and offering individualized support in aspects of our activity.

Our philosophy is to provide the best solution applicable to the requirements of our clients, support them in the necessary aspects to achieve the intended goal, and act as objective, rigorous, and honest observers.

To implement our policy, we have established a management system based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, continuous improvement, and the prevention of errors as referenced.

We have the following priorities:
1. Orient the quality management of our organization to our existing procedures, emphasizing their development and optimal interrelation for our company and way of working.
2. Maintain a useful and effective management system.
3. Promote and provide continuous training at all levels, offering knowledge in new techniques and tools useful for service delivery.
4. Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood, including legal and regulatory requirements that affect them, in order to meet them.

Management is committed to communicating, explaining, and maintaining the contents of the Quality Policy with all available means. It is publicly displayed and communicated to all individuals working for the organization and is available to all internal and external personnel.
